+ European Research Groups (ERGs) and Institutes (ERI):
Collaborating researchers seeking an EUt+ Research label can organise in two possible structures:
- ERG as a research group offering the frame for joint research;
- ERI as a research institute according to given criteria for high visibility and subject to evaluation. ERIs are common research institutes across EUt+ and actively enable joint research activities between the partners. Institutes will become a point of reference for research in Europe.
+ Role of ERO:
- Supports the ERGs and ERIs.
- Liaise with the academic leads of the ERGs and ERIs.
- Act as a coordination and liaison hub between all ERGs and ERIs, partner universities and each partner’s local administration.
